The upcoming 37-date North American tour by acclaimed comedian Tig Notaro includes just three stops in Canada — one of which is in Victoria.
The multiple Grammy Award nominee, whose deadpan delivery became a trademark through sets on the late-night talk show circuit, will make her Victoria debut on Feb. 1, 2022 at the Royal Theatre. Notaro, 50, co-created (with Diablo Cody) and starred in the Amazon Prime Video series One Mississippi, and appeared in Zack Snyder’s Army of the Dead.
On the strength of her five comedy albums and four stand-up comedy specials, Rolling Stone named her one of the 50 best stand-up comics of all time.
