Winter Harp is offering up two Christmas performances in New Westminster.

It’s one of the most beloved Christmas concerts in the city, and it’s coming back to Massey Theatre.

Winter Harp and the Vancouver Welsh Men’s Choir are teaming up for their annual Christmas concert on Sunday, Dec. 1 at 2:30 p.m.

The concert, Christmas Traditions Around the World, will feature seasonal music from the medieval to the modern as the acclaimed 80-voice choir joins forces with the Winter Harp ensemble – with harps, flutes, percussion and rare medieval instruments.

“The combination of harps and flutes with this massive choir is spectacular,” said Winter Harp director Lori Pappajohn in a press release. “It’s a highlight of our season to perform with them, and it’s a concert not to be missed.”

The Massey Theatre is at 735 Eighth Ave. See more information at www.masseytheatre.com.

Winter Harp will also perform its own Christmas concert on Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 7:30 p.m. at Holy Trinity Cathedral (514 Carnarvon St.).
