Fondly known as the 'Boy Scout Tournament', the yearly USVI Open/Atlantic Blue Marlin Tournament has anglers from the Virgin Islands and beyond scouring the sea for marlin off the shores of Red Hook, St Thomas. Most fish are released alive.
