British consultancy firm Mercer released its 2010 Quality of Living Survey which ranks cities by their quality of living. The cities are given a score that is rated against New York City which has a base score of 100. Here are the top 40 cities in the list. Is yours there?
40. Tokyo, Japan
Shibuya intersection in central Tokyo is the busiest in Japan, with an estimated 2,000 people crossing with every green light on a Saturday afternoon.
