Riley Brace scores twice for Steelheads in 4-2 victory over Sting

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. - Riley Brace scored two goals to help the Mississauga Steelheads snap a seven-game Ontario Hockey League losing streak in Wednesday's 4-2 victory over the Sarnia Sting.

Bobby MacIntyre scored a goal and an assist while Kristoff Kontos also scored for Mississauga (21-20-4).

Nikolay Goldobin and Davis Brown responded for the Sting (26-17-3).

Spencer Martin made 36 saves in the Steelheads' victory while J.P. Anderson stopped 28 shots for Sarnia.

Before the game, Brace was honoured at centre ice for establishing a new Mississauga franchise record for all-time games played with 325. He surpassed Jordan Mayer's previous record of 318 a few weeks ago, but the Steelheads were in the midst of a six-game road trip at the time.

Note to readers: This is a corrected story. A previous version had the wrong goaltender listed for Sarnia.
