Lowry scores winner as Broncos extend win streak to seven games

SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. - Adam Lowry scored at 4:34 of overtime to lift the Swift Current Broncos over the visiting Regina Pats 5-4 on Friday in Western Hockey League action.

Brycen Martin and Colby Cave each had a goal and two assists for the Broncos (24-20-5), who extended their win streak to seven games, while Ryon Moser and Chance Lund had a goal apiece.

Chandler Stephenson, Braden Christoffer, Trent Ouellette and Morgan Klimchuk scored for the Pats (18-26-5), who are now winless in six games.

Eetu Laurikainen made 20 saves for the win as Matt Hewitt stopped 25 shots in a defeat.

Swift Current went 2 for 5 on the power play while Regina scored once on nine chances with the man advantage.
