Erkamps with four points as the Hurricanes down the Hitmen

LETHBRIDGE, Alta. - Macoy Erkamps scored once and added three assists as the Lethbridge Hurricanes downed the visiting Calgary Hitmen 6-4 on Friday in Western Hockey League action.

Michael Sofillas, Jamal Watson, Jaimen Yakubowski, Axel Blomqvist and Josh Derko also scored for the Hurricanes (22-21-7), who won for the first time in three outings, and Ryan Pilon chipped in with two assists.

Cody Sylvester scored twice for the Hitmen (31-12-4) and Victor Rask and Greg Chase had a goal apiece.

Ty Rimmer stopped 33-of-37 shots for the win as Chris Driedger made 28 saves in a losing cause.

Lethbridge went 2 for 6 on the power play while Calgary scored two times on seven chances with the man advantage.
