Cable scores SO winner as the Ice beat the Raiders

PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. - Levi Cable scored in the sixth round of the shootout as the Kootenay Ice edged the host Prince Albert Raiders 5-4 on Friday in Western Hockey League play.

Luke Philp scored twice in regulation for the Ice (10-20-1) while Sam Reinhart and Jaedon Descheneau each had a goal and an assist.

Zach Hodder, Dakota Conroy, Mike Winther and Reid Gardiner scored for the Raiders (21-11-3).

Mackenzie Skapski stopped 35 shots for the win as Luke Siemens made 27 saves in a losing cause.

Kooteny failed to score on four chances with the man advantage while Prince Albert went 1 for 4.
