LETHBRIDGE, Alta. - Laurent Brossoit stopped 45 shots as the Edmonton Oil Kings blanked the host Lethbridge Hurricanes 4-0 on Thursday in Western Hockey League play.

The 19-year-old goaltender is 6-0-0 in his last six starts and has a 1.17 goals-against average and .952 save percentage during his personal winning streak. He is now 17-4-5 on the season, which places him eighth in WHL wins.

Stephane Legault scored twice for the Oil Kings (26-8-5), who have won three games in a row, while Mitchell Moroz and Klarc Wilson had a goal and an assist each.

The two-goal performance gives Legault four goals and six points in his last three outings.

Macoy Erkamps and Adam Henry were both minus-3 for the Hurricanes (19-18-5) as Ty Rimmer turned aside 30 shots in a losing cause.

Edmonton went 0 for 2 on the power play while Lethbridge failed to score on six chances with the man advantage.
