Family, friends and dignitaries gathered on the shore at CFB Esquimalt on Thursday to welcome home the crew of HMCS Regina, which was returning from an eight-month deployment that saw the 225 crew members conduct maritime security and counter-terrorism operations in the Arabian Sea region.
