Medical Services Plan premiums in B.C. have gone up 24 per cent in the last three years. Where is this money going?

Doctors’ MSP payments have gone up a total of one per cent in the last three years (zero per cent in 2010, 0.5 per cent in 2011 and 0.5 per cent in 2012). So the money is not going to the province’s doctors.
