Incredible! Prime Minister Stephen Harper has invented a new calendar to correct legal blunders and a way to hide the change.
The article revealed a backdated version of a law coming into effect. It concerned disposal of long-gun registry data, which the RCMP commenced destroying before the law had been passed, thus making it a law, rather than a government bill.
Who told the RCMP to proceed before the “will of the majority government” was legal?
What other re-dated (vs. “redacted”) laws are on the books in keeping with Harper’s new calendar?
