Even before the completion of the Sidney condo boom, the parking issue could be the ruin of our quaint town.
Not only does inadequate parking irritate people such as myself, it must certainly affect local businesses.
I once brought up the problem of traffic congestion to one of the Sidney councillors. Rather than driving a car, he promoted walking or the use of a scooter.
Just try to imagine a majority driving scooters 12 months of the year.
