Removal of hogweed a callous act?

Yes, my friend callously had a giant hogweed removed from his property simply because it can cause permanent blisters and blindness to those who come into contact with the plant, originally imported to Canada as a decorative species.

I guess he did not understand that the presence of the plant here was just an expression of God’s “mercy and wisdom.”
