The Nature Conservancy, owner of the Darkwoods forest, has been paid several million dollars of public money to watch the trees grow.
If nothing else, someone should be telling the public just why provincial regulation isn’t used in place of convoluted carbon trusts to establish acceptable levels of industrial carbon emissions.
