It’s clear that the the members of the Capital Regional District wastewater committee are in over their heads on every front with regards to the sewage treatment project.
Ignorant of the science, indecisive in respect to the design and unconcerned with public dollars, they lurch from one bad idea to another. The latest example is the suddenly announced decision to relocate the biosolids facility to Esquimalt, which is already starting to increase the price of the project to local taxpayers.
I say let’s get on with amalgamation so that we can disband the CRD.
