I will never be able to “unsee” those horrific pictures of Teddy — the abused/neglected dog from Duncan. Nor should any of us ever forget the life that poor dog led his whole life.
Maximum fine, maximum jail time and lifetime ban for those who did this. Where were the neighbours and friends? Don’t tell me that no one else saw him suffering. Shame on them. Too bad we can’t charge them, too.
My biggest sadness is that he didn’t survive so that he could one day find the love and care he deserved. I will be sure to be in the courthouse the day they go in front of a judge.
