I can’t take any more. Day after day after day, the sewage-treatment dilemma never goes away.
Surely, by now, every Tom, Dick and Harriet has had their say. It’s time the good citizens of Victoria and district either poop or get off the pot.
A good rule of thumb to follow when you’re faced with a difficult choice is to take a blank piece of paper and draw a line down the middle. Put all the pros on one side and the cons on the other side.
And then get on with it and make up your flipping minds.
