LNG exports will destroy B.C.’s environment

Don’t people know that an LNG exporting facility in B.C. means fracking in B.C.? If British Columbians do not speak up soon, it will be too late to change our government’s direction.

Don’t people know that an LNG exporting facility in B.C. means fracking in B.C.? If British Columbians do not speak up soon, it will be too late to change our government’s direction.

Hundreds of millions of litres of fresh water are contaminated at each multi-directional fracking site, and the risk to groundwater and our atmosphere make LNG exports a nightmare.

We will be paying a high price to give away our gas and water. We can have access to the jobs and the export revenue when natural gas prices rise to a reasonable level, and when we can afford to use extraction practices that don’t destroy our environment and our health.
