Let Esquimalt vote on the real proposal

The origin of the Esquimalt rejection of the wastewater treatment plant lies in the gap between what was imagined by the voters and what finally emerged from the architect-engineers.

In the imagination of the citizens were swirling pools of turds stinking up the whole municipality. Naturally, this was rejected.

Revealed too late for contemplation was a modern plant that fitted the waterfront without dominating it, and without the stink.

We need a second vote, this time on the actual proposal, not the imaginary one.
