So Coun. Ben Isitt doesn’t want horse-drawn carriages in Victoria.
These horses are loved by many; they exist because tourists love this city. Horses are fed, watered and brushed and loved. It’s a beautiful part of our experience, with the trees in bloom and flower baskets. (Is that next to go?)
Why can’t we preserve what made us so attractive in the first place. Isitt is making changes to our city, and it’s not appreciated.
Furthermore, most of the story, with the headline on horse-drawn carriages, was about animal cruelty. Leave the well-loved and cared-for horses and owners alone.
