Regarding the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority board’s rejection of Shellie Gudgeon as the Victoria city council appointee, I would thank GVHA chairman Bill Wellburn for the heads-up.

Now that the people of the city knows the way it acts, I’m sure the board will get more of the close attention it obviously requires.
