An efficient sewage treatment plant for Victoria suggests an effective collection system.
It would seem with forethought and planning, the collection system could also transport macerated biodegradables. That is, install household garburators, thus eliminating the expense and inefficiency of curbside pickup.
A state of the art sewage screening system would efficiently recover the biomass for subsequent recycling. The increase in biomass load would fuel a viable business.
