Jim Hume’s column was excellent and very useful for those who have not spent a lifetime here. Who says 14 governments are better than one?
Talk to anyone wanting to build a house or a building in the Capital Regional District and ask them about delay costs to their customers. The hidden costs of 14 governments should be made as apparent as they are real.
