If I am required to dispose of my garbage responsibly, encouraged to recycle, have to put out my organics and have to pick up after my dog, why do smokers think they can throw their cigarette butts anywhere?
Take a walk around your neighbourhood and I bet you will see cigarette butts by the dozens, if not the hundreds.
Smokers, please have some respect for the environment, yourself and your fellow citizens. Dispose of those cigarette butts properly. My neighbourhood is not your garbage can.
