Printing Pamela Anderson’s financial affairs on the front page has taken your paper to a new tabloid low.

Anderson has not only contributed to the stature of her home town, she has also actively been involved in animal welfare and many charitable causes. No doubt other citizens throughout the province have financial arrears in property taxes and I am certain they would not find themselves splashed across the front page.

This is a private matter, and were it not for her celebrity, I am sure the article, which smacks of schadenfreude, would not even warrant being relegated to the last page.
