I find it ironic that this article came out the day after Steve Wallace wrote his column about “bullying” on the roads.
I drive Craigflower Road daily and can’t count the number of times I’ve had some other driver tailgate me, or flash their lights, or honk at me while I’m doing the posted 30 or 40 km/h. It’s obvious that we don’t have enough police to enforce the rules we already have (texting or talking on cellphones, running amber or red lights, etc. ) without adding more to their workload.
Speed isn’t the problem — aggressive, dangerous driving is. How about cracking down on them and let the rest of us drive at a reasonable speed?
