It seems to me the easiest way to approach the drunk-driving problem would be to do what other countries have done and just say: If you drink, you are not allowed to drive.
It would eliminate all the testing and guessing at what the blood alcohol level is. It seems harsh, but a heck of a lot easier than messing around as we are doing at the present.
I am not a teetotaller, but would be happy to not drink when I am the driver.
