Re: "Family and friends walk for Lindsay Buziak," Feb. 3.

I did not know Lindsay Buziak, but I am fortunate enough to know some of her many friends. My daughter, two friends and I attended an amazing event co-ordinated by these friends - these beautiful young people who lost a friend far too early.

We were so touched by the love and the honour shown to this woman whose murder remains unsolved. During sleepless nights it is my prayer that her family will take some comfort in the way Lindsay's memory lives on in the hearts of her friends.
