Meanwhile, a decision on whether the non-profit, Victoria-based organization will be permitted to sell its West Vancouver Binning House for $1.6 million is expected Wednesday the Supreme Court of B.C. in Vancouver.

TLC originally went under creditor protection, with debts of $7.5 million, on Oct. 7, 2013.
