Baby born at 12:12 on 12/12/12 after 12 hours’ labour

BOSTON — Noelle Joy Klinker’s parents welcomed her into the world at 12:12 p.m. on 12/12/12 after her mother was in labour for about 12 hours.

Weighing nine pounds and one ounce, the 21.5-inch-long infant was born Wednesday at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston to parents Colleen and Joe Klinker.

Her proud papa, a 31-year-old coast guard lieutenant and public affairs officer, said the timing was mostly a coincidence. But at 12:11 p.m., Colleen Klinker saved the final push until the clock ticked to a minute later. — AP
