Victoria police are asking for the public’s help in locating 23-year-old Jacob Scott, who was reported missing by his family on Wednesday, Nov. 15.
Police said his family had not heard from Scott in several days, and that this was unusual. He was seen in Saanich on Oct. 19.
Scott is white, five-foot-10 and slim with a “rough” complextion, and has with blond hair and facial hair.
He has several tattoos, including an “old-school” style nautical tattoo on his on his left forearm of a female sailor at a ship’s wheel and a banner that reads “steady as she goes.”
