No one was hurt Friday when an explosion blew out windows in a suite at a multi-unit residential building on Gorge Road East.
Victoria police and the Victoria Fire Department were called to the building in the 200 block about 1:30 p.m.
The cause of the explosion was still under investigation late Friday afternoon. Police made an arrest at the scene, but said it was not directly related to the incident. A man was taken into custody for having outstanding warrants. — Times Colonist
