Mulcair will host a Victoria Rally for Change, 3-4:30 p.m. Saturday, at the Crystal Garden, Victoria Conference Centre, 720 Douglas St.
It will be Mulcair’s second visit to Vancouver Island since the election was called. In August he visited Nanaimo, Courtenay and Parksville but did not venture south to Victoria.
Prior to the election, called Aug. 2, Mulcair had visited Victoria three times over the past year.
The NDP leader will be joined at the rally by local candidates.
