Showing Missing: Emma Fillipoff hasn't been seen since Nov. 28
Emma Fillipoff reportedly left a women’s shelter around 6 p.m. on Nov. 28. She was last seen more than an hour later, walking barefoot in front of the Empress Hotel on Government Street. A passerby saw her and called 911. While Emma was talking to police in front of the Empress, her mother was flying into Victoria Airport on her way to help her daughter move back to Ottawa. Instead, when Shelley arrived just hours later, she began the long and gruelling hunt for her daughter. Unfortunately, Emma’s extremely private life has left behind a sparse trail, making the hunt extremely difficult.
