Victoria police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man who did not return to his cruise ship on Saturday.
Lloyd Takana is 36 years old and black. He is described as about five-foot-10 with a slim build. Takana has a shaved head and was recently seen wearing a pair of modern flat-lens sunglasses and a heavy silver neck chain.
Takana was granted a shore pass and got off the Norwegian Pearl on Saturday. Victoria police believe he might have been downtown that night. Police were called when the crew noted he had not returned.
