Construction workers are busy at the future Victoria International Marina, located in the waters in front of Songhees. The $24-million facility is scheduled to open in July.
A portion of the dock, which will eventually have room for 28 vessels, has been installed.
Construction of two commercial buildings, which will be supported by piles, is underway at the foot of Paul Kane Place and Cooperage Place.
