A portion of Highway 4 linking Ucluelet and Tofino to Port Alberni has once again been washed out.
The washout is about five kilometres east of the Ucluelet junction, toward Port Alberni.
A washout in the same location closed the highway in both directions last week.
On Friday, the road remained open to single-lane alternating traffic. An alternative route is available.
