A 36-year-old man is dead after a motorcycle crash in Courtenay last night.
The man was riding his motorcycle at the intersection of 29th Street and Cliff Avenue around 5:30 p.m. when he collided with a pickup truck making a left turn.
Const. Nicole Hall of the Comox Valley RCMP said crash analysts are still working to determine the cause of the accident.
“The roads were clear but it was dark out and overcast,” she said.
The man who died in the crash was from Courtenay. Police will not release his name until family is notified.
