Brian Chuan Wang travelled to the United States and returned to Canada on Jan. 30, arriving by air in Toronto. He was last believed to be in the Mississauga area.

UPDATE 12:50 p.m. - Saanich Police have just informed the public that Brian Wang was found in good health in Alberta thanks to a tip from the public.

Saanich police are looking for a 24-year-old Camosun College student who was last seen by his family in late January.

Brian Chuan Wang travelled to the United States and returned to Canada on Jan. 30, arriving by air in Toronto. He was last believed to be in the Mississauga area.

Police say Wang is not known to suffer from any mental or physical illnesses and his unexplained absence from school and lack of contact with family is of great concern.

Wang is an avid body builder and may frequent areas where he can access weight-lifting equipment.

Wang is described as an Asian male, five-foot-seven, approximately 145 pounds, with short dark hair and an athletic build.

Saanich police ask anyone with knowledge of Wang’s whereabouts to contact D/Cst. Marco Berton at 250-475-4370.
