With the Thanksgiving long weekend in the U.S., B.C. Ferries is adding extra sailings on the Swartz Bay-Tsawwassen route on Friday to deal with an expected higher than usual volume.
An extra sailing of the Coastal Inspiration will leave Swartz Bay at 8 p.m., with an additional sailing of the same vessel from Tsawwassen at 10 p.m. that night.
The extra sailings will also be added to the schedule on Dec. 1.
