39th annual Victoria Classic Boat Festival, Friday through Sunday in the Inner Harbour. The official start of the festival with Honorary Commodore, Dave Featherby, aboard HMCS Oriole, arrives at noon at the lower causeway docks. More at classicboatfestival.ca
