The following roads are closed Tuesday morning because of wildfires: • Trans-Canada Highway Closed in both directions (except emergency vehicles and first responders) from Ashcroft to Cache Creek, a distance of 9.4 kilometres.

• Trans-Canada Highway

Closed in both directions (except emergency vehicles and first responders) from Ashcroft to Cache Creek, a distance of 9.4 kilometres. No estimated time of opening; assessment ongoing.

Closed in both directions (except emergency vehicles and first responders) 10 km west of Cache Creek to 5 km east of Cache Creek (15 km). No estimated time of opening; assessment ongoing.

Closed westbound four kilometres west of Savona to all traffic destined for Cache Creek. Detour not available. No estimated time of opening; assessment ongoing.

• Highway 97

Closed (except emergency vehicles and first responders) from junction of Highway 1 in Cache Creek to Clinton. No detour available, no access to Highway 99. No estimated time of opening; assessment ongoing.

Closed in both directions (except emergency vehicles and first responders) at Canim Hendrix intersection (two kilometres north of 100 Mile House) to Timothy Lake Road junction (25 km north of 100 Mile House). No alternate route. Assessment in progress.

Open to northbound traffic from Williams Lake and closed southbound (except emergency vehicles and first responders) 15 km south of Quesnel. No estimated time of opening; assessment ongoing.

• Highway 99

Open to local traffic only at Highway 12 to the Hat Creek junction (54 km). Highway 99 is closed from the Hat Creek junction to Highway 97. No estimated time of opening; assessment ongoing.

• Highway 20

Open to eastbound traffic only. Closed to westbound traffic (except emergency vehicles and first responders) at the Chilcotin Bridge, 25 km west of Williams Lake. No detour available.

• Highway 24 westbound

Closed at Horse Lake Road (31 km east of junction with Highway 97) for westbound traffic destined for 100 Mile House. Highway 24 open at Horse Lake Road for westbound traffic destined for Clinton.

• Highway 5A

Closed in both directions at junction with Highway 3 (Highway 3 is open) in Princeton and 29 kilometres north of Princeton at Allison Lake Provincial Park. Estimated time of opening not available. Detour not available. Alternate routes: Highway 3, Highway 97 and Highway 97C.

• Likely Road

Closed in both directions (except emergency vehicles and first responders) from 150 Mile House to junction with Horsefly Road (4.5 km). Detour from the Likely-Horsefly junction to Beaver Lake Road and then to Highway 97. No estimated time of opening; assessment ongoing.
