This year marks the 23rd year of the Times Colonist 10K run. It's the second-largest 10-kilometre race in Canada - attracting close to 13,000 walkers and runners this year - behind only the Vancouver Sun Run.
The Times Colonist 10K isn't just about adults. The Thrifty Foods Family Run is a 1.5-kilometre road race that's designed with little runners in mind.
The TC 10K is Canada's second-largest 10-kilometre race. It is surpassed only by the Vancouver Sun Run, which attracted 48,904 participants this year.
