Three men and one woman, all from Duncan, have been charged in connection with a year-long federal investigation into organized crime. The four are part of a group of eight that officers with the RCMP's Federal Drug Enforcement Unit allege were involved in the production and trafficking of illegal street drugs. Jos-eph Daniel Thomas, 28, Jimmy Phan, 27, Jason Thomas Conrad, 29, and Chrissy Anne Halley, 27, all face drug-related charges.
