B.C. Election 2017: Final voting results

Following are the final results of voting in the 2017 British Columbia general election as compiled by The Canadian Press, from Elections B.C. data.

British Columbia's 2017 election is over and the results are final. The Liberals, led by Christy Clark, left, won 43 seats; the Greens, led by Andrew Weaver, centre, won three seats; and the New Democrats, led by John Horgan, won 41 seats.

Following are the final results of voting in the 2017 British Columbia general election as compiled by The Canadian Press, from Elections B.C. data.

The Liberal Party won 43 seats, the New Democratic Party won 41 seats, and the Green Party won three seats.

The Liberals received 796,672 votes, or 40.36 per cent of the total; the New Democratic Party received 795,106 votes, or 40.28 per cent of the total; the Green Party received 332,387 votes, or 16.84 per cent of the total; and other candidates received 49,749 votes, or 2.52 per cent of the total.
