I graduated in 1977 from North Kamloops Secondary. Disco was in full bloom, punk was rising and powder blue was in.

The big world was calling and all things great were possible. On grad night, the whole gang stayed up to see the sun rise, dimly recognizing it was the passing of a milestone, a rite of initiation, vowing to stay together forever, refusing to recognize the changes that were coming as we became adults and began to pursue individual goals and happiness.
