Where: Shawnigan Lake Community Centre, 2804 Shawnigan Lake Rd.
Cost: $25 per person ($15 for Cowichan Valley residents), including lunch, coffee and snacks.
Who: Parenting expert Cindy Clark takes parents through process of discovering their parenting “edges and abilities,” and assist them to find ways to develop skills essential to positive parenting.

18th Annual Effective Parenting Workshop - Family as Community

Who: Selinde Krayenhoff and Allison Rees lead workshops on the role of families in shaping community.
