Seven million people call its shores home, yet most of us are only vaguely aware of the fragile ecosystem we call the Salish Sea. It stretches from off Jordan River to as far north as Campbell River, encompasses a newly expanded national park and provides habitat to a growing number of humpback whales and other endangered creatures.
