Every square inch of room on the patio is used by this clever seating plan, which includes sunshine-yellow cushions. The outdoor "room" becomes another living area and adds dimension to the inner space.
The master bedroom is open to a large bathroom and had views over the pony wall at the foot of the bed. The owners' all-white scheme, with black accents, expands the visual look.
The 5-piece master bath is Murray's domain and includes plush white towels and a deep soaker tub. Fresh, curvaceous flowers add colour and break up the straight lines.
The full downstairs bathroom is Ackerman's terrain, accessorized with manly shades of brown and mushroom, and a painting from the Moss Street Market.
Trendy, bendy chaise long is as comfortable as it looks, and creates a sculptural element against the dark wood floors.
Dark furnishings seem to quietly disappear into the brown floor, while a dramatic pulse of pink comes from a painting propped on a valance over the kitchen area.
The den has been turned into an office and dressing room with a full wall of storage for shoes and more. Angling the desk means anyone working here enjoys a broad view across the condo and out the windows, rather feeling confined in the inner room. Sliding doors offer privacy if needed.
Looking to the kitchen and office area (with sliding doors close) one appreciates the clever use of storage space: TV electronics are contained in a black console from Ikea, and a coffee table features a top that swivels to expand surface area. The sofa has removable cushions and converts into a long, comfortable bed.
Fresh flowers add a natural note to the contemporary tone and draw eyes up to a long lighting fixture featuring masses of bubbles.
In the stairwell hangs a pretty mirror and architectural photo taken by Murray's father, who did a series based on the exterior of the old Hudson's Bay.

End tables, television cabinet and lamps are all white and from Ikea.
